Ingmar was responsible for investment, business development, trading, sales and corporate strategy in a variety of senior roles with two large European utilities and an international private equity investor. Over the last 15 years, Ingmar has been concentrating on the development, implementation, operations as well as sale of renewable energy projects in over 20 countries.

Katy has over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly onshore and offshore wind. Her expertise spans legal, corporate finance, project management, international business development and general management.

Paolo has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector with Italian, Swiss and German utilities, concentrating on general management in power sales, energy trading, and wind development and operations.

Laura is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years experience of corporate law and M&A in the energy and infrastructure sector with leading law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, DLA Piper and Linklaters.

Eduardo González Solá Business Development & Power Origination Director

Eduardo has over 25 years of experience in the international renewable industry, both in business development & commercial origination management, helping large energy consumers to switch to green energy supply through PPAs.

Francesco Dolzani Managing Director for Italy

Francesco brings more than a decade of experience across large-scale energy infrastructure, project development and distributed energy. He leads activities in Italy for Galileo, overseeing the development of an increasingly mature and diversified pipeline throughout construction and into operations.

Simona Ferri HR Director

Simona has over 20 years experience in human resources, with a focus on international talent spanning from Spain to Germany to China, both at corporate level and as a freelancer. She is a certified coach.

Eddy Collier Chairman of the Board

Advisor and Energy Expert.

Eddy has been a board member of Galileo since its inception in 2020.  He has a wealth of experience in the energy and services sectors in Europe, U.K. and US. He spent over 15 years with Centrica in a number of roles, including as President of Services in the US and Canada and CEO of Centrica Ireland.  As a director of British Gas, Eddy was instrumental in repositioning BG/Centrica as the lowest carbon supplier of energy in the UK market.  He sits on the board of Authority Brands, a leading home services franchisor in the US and is active in advisory work with PE investors.

Peter Coman Board Member

Partner and Head of UK & Europe at Morrison.

Peter leads Morrison’s team of investment professionals in Europe. He joined Morrison in 2008 and established its public private partnerships business from 2009 onwards.  He has been involved in the acquisition and divestment of various portfolio companies and assets with corporate, government and fund management clients.  Peter has managed investments in the social infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, healthcare and transport sectors. Prior to joining Morrison, Peter was Managing Director of JLL New Zealand, a property investment services firm, and an Associate Director at Prudential Real Estate Investments based in London.

Giorgia Carchitto Board Member

Independent Director and Energy Executive.

Giorgia joined the Board in July 2026. She has nearly two decades of international experience across power, renewables and broader energy. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President, Commercial Assets & Portfolio Analysis at bp, following more than a decade in senior commercial roles at RWE.

Her expertise spans energy markets, commercial strategy, portfolio optimisation, investment governance and the structuring of long-term energy contracts. She has served on renewable-energy joint-venture boards and investment committees and chairs the PPA Committee of the World Forum Offshore Wind.

Giorgia holds an MSc in Management Engineering and Decision Techniques from Sapienza University of Rome.

Mark McArdle Board Member

Investment Director at Morrison

Mark joined the board in February 2025. He is a senior member of the Morrison investment team and is based in London. Mark joined Morrison in 2020 and has a focus on energy, utilities and renewables and new investments. Previously Mark worked at QIC and RBC Capital Markets in London and Sydney, Australia. Mark has experience across the utilities, energy, renewables and social infrastructure sectors.

David Rae Board Member

Co-owner of MyFiduciary.

David has been a board member of Galileo since inception in 2020. He owns an investment consulting business and has a range of governance roles related to the finance, investment, energy, private equity and pilot training industries. He was a founding director of Longroad Energy LLC, a US based renewable energy developer, and has advised on a number of renewable energy projects in New Zealand. Previously he has been Head of Investment Analysis at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund and has worked as an economist at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris.
