Ingmar was responsible for investment, business development, trading, sales and corporate strategy in a variety of senior roles with two large European utilities and an international private equity investor. Over the last 15 years, Ingmar has been concentrating on the development, implementation, operations as well as sale of renewable energy projects in over 20 countries.

Katy has over 18 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly onshore and offshore wind. Her expertise spans legal, corporate finance, project management, international business development and general management.

Nik has over 15 years of experience in acquiring, structuring, and financing early to late-stage renewable energy portfolios across Europe and the US and building up corporate structures and controls for development and IPP platforms.

Eduardo has over 23 years of experience in the international renewable industry, both in business development & commercial origination management, helping large energy consumers to switch to green energy supply through PPAs.

Vimal Vallabh has been at the origin of Galileo, served as a board member since inception in 2020 and is Chair of the board since March 2023. He is a Partner and Global Head of Energy at Morrison & Co. Vimal leads the establishment and management of Morrison & Co’s renewable energy platforms and acquisition of power and renewable energy assets. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2013 Vimal had an extensive experience in renewables and power and has previously held roles as an originator and investor in private equity, industry and investment banking in Europe, the US, New Zealand and Australia. Vimal is also Chairman of Gurīn Energy, Singapore.

 Rajiv has entered the board of Galileo in March 2023. He joined Morrison & Co in 2018 and is based in the London office where he is a senior member of the Investment team with a focus on Galileo and Morrison & Co’s global energy and renewables portfolio. Previously, Rajiv was Corporate Finance Manager at Cubico Sustainable Investments in London and was a Manager in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team in Sydney, Australia. Rajiv has worked across the transport, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, oil and gas, water and social infrastructure sectors.

Vincent Gerritsen is a board member of Galileo since inception in 2020. As Partner and Head of UK & Europe at Morrison & Co, he oversees the firm’s European activities and leads the origination of European investments on behalf of Morrison & Co’s clients. He has over two decades of infrastructure investing, investment management, M&A and business development experience in the digital, renewables, energy, social infrastructure, transport and midstream sectors. Before joining Morrison & Co in 2019, Vincent was a partner at Ancala Partners.

David Rae Member of the Board

David has been a board member of Galileo since inception in 2020. He owns an investment consulting business and has a range of governance roles related to the finance, investment, energy, private equity and pilot training industries. He was a founding director of Longroad Energy LLC, a US based renewable energy developer, and has advised on a number of renewable energy projects in New Zealand. Previously he has been Head of Investment Analysis at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund and has worked as an economist at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris.

Eddy has been a board member of Galileo since its inception in 2020.  He has a wealth of experience in the energy and services sectors in Europe, U.K. and US. He spent over 15 years with Centrica in a number of roles, including as President of Services in the US and Canada and CEO of Centrica Ireland.  As a director of British Gas, Eddy was instrumental in repositioning BG/Centrica as the lowest carbon supplier of energy in the UK market.  He sits on the board of Authority Brands, a leading home services franchisor in the US and is active in advisory work with PE investors.
