We are proud to share that Galileo has obtained Italy’s Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125).
This is not a finish line, but an important milestone that recognises the work done so far and reinforces our commitment to fairness, respect, and equal opportunities.
Gender equality is part of our broader approach to diversity and inclusion, embedded in how we make decisions and shape our workplace culture.
This result has been made possible thanks to the joint efforts of a multidisciplinary internal team, involving HR, Sustainability, Legal and Compliance, working together to translate shared values into concrete processes, data-driven practices and measurable actions.
